- The arrow on the top cap indicates the 1st fastest speed
- The 4 speeds are instinctive. As soon as the efforts are too important, change direction and the speed will change automatically
- The number (KPW130) indicates the power of the winch: For a KPW130, 1kg applied on the handle develops 130 kg on the rope.
- Conversely, for 250 kg (frequent average load), you only have to apply less than 3 kg on the handle against more than 10 kg on a classic winch.
- The winch is so powerful that it is possible to use a very short handle either for the use of a winch under a soft top, or to tune the sheet while steering, particularly useful with a tiller
